The Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation has hosted the inaugural Interfaith Luncheon at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, inviting leaders from religious groups in Hong Kong to celebrate unity and diversity.
Ms Alice Mak, SBS, JP, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, graced the luncheon. Leaders from 11 religious groups, including Bahá'í, Buddhism, Catholicism, Christianity, Confucianism, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Sikhism, Taoism and Zoroastrianism got together and shared their contributions through their networks of schools, charitable organisations, philanthropic giving and support for the underprivileged. The special occasion highlights the foundation’s ongoing efforts to foster harmony and mutual respect.
