Sino Group and the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation donated RMB15 million through the disaster relief fund of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong S. A. R. to support emergency relief, temporary resettlement of affected residents and post-disaster reconstruction efforts in Gyirong County, Shigatse, Tibet, which was recently affected by a severe mudslide.
Sino Group and the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation believe that contributing to society is an important corporate responsibility. The Group and the Foundation will continue to monitor developments in the affected area and support recovery and reconstruction efforts, contributing to the rebuilding of communities impacted by the disaster.
