The Foundation donated over RMB 7 million to establish the Ng Teng Fong – Xinjiang Cultural Exchange Fund, aimed at fostering inclusive development and cross-regional understanding. The fund supported several key initiatives, including cultural exchange tours for primary and secondary school students between Xinjiang and other provinces, an entrepreneurship programme for women from minority groups, and vocational training for residents in suburban areas.
