Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation Limited (‘NTFCF’), the philanthropic arm of Sino Group, and Chinese Estates Holdings Limited (‘Chinese Estates’) are pleased to announce their sponsorship of a brand-new apartment at Grand Central as the grand prize for a lucky draw to support the Government’s vaccination programme.
Hong Kong residents holding a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card (‘Permanent Resident’) will be eligible to enter the lucky draw for the grand prize award – a one-bedroom residential apartment at Grand Central in Hong Kong, with a floor area of approximately 449 square feet and a value of approximately HK$10,800,000. NTFCF will also donate twenty prizes of pre-paid card or credit card with a value of HK$100,000 each for Hong Kong Identity Card holders (Permanent Residents and Non-Permanent Residents), including those holding a Hong Kong employment visa such as domestic helpers.
All eligible participants must be aged 18 or above and have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine in Hong Kong, while those who have already received both doses before today’s announcement are also eligible. Lucky draw applications should be submitted on or before 1 September 2021. Registration details of the lucky draw will be announced in due course.

The lucky draw is organised under the company Lucky Vantage Limited, which is a subsidiary of Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation Limited and the Trade Promotion Competition Licence Numbers are 54404 and 54405.
